We have deliberately designed this platform to collect as little information as possible. There is no mandatory account system, no advertising network, and no third-party tracking attached to this website. What few records we hold live either on your own device or in a minimal secure order system.

1. Information We Collect

When you place an order or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect personal details including your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and custom embroidery text for personalized plush items.

If you contact us directly through our support channels, we retain the content of that correspondence to help resolve your inquiry and to maintain a record of any custom requests. We do not purchase marketing lists or receive customer data from third-party brokers.

2. Use of Information

Your details are strictly used to process purchases, deliver orders, communicate order updates, and send promotional offers if subscribed to the Teddy Club newsletter.

We do not use your information for behavioural advertising, and we do not share customer details with any external marketing partner. If you subscribe to the Teddy Club, we will never add your email to any list you did not explicitly join.

3. LocalStorage & Cookies

We use browser local storage to maintain your active shopping bag items and wishlist across sessions without requiring mandatory user registration.

Because this data lives on your own device, you remain in complete control of it at all times. Clearing your browser's site data removes every trace of your cart and wishlist instantly — there is no server-side record to delete.

4. What We Do Not Collect

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party behavioural tracking scripts. We do not collect IP addresses, device fingerprints, geolocation data, or browsing history. We do not use session recording tools, heatmaps, or A/B testing platforms.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant providers. We never store credit card details on our servers. Order details related to payment processing are retained only as long as necessary for accounting and refund purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

Photography on this site is sourced from Unsplash and served from their content delivery network. Typography is loaded via Google Fonts. Loading these resources may expose your IP address to those services, as is standard for any website using external assets.

We do not receive any of that data ourselves, and these requests do not set cookies on your device.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request a summary of any personal information we hold about you, to correct factual errors, and to request deletion of your data where it is no longer required for contractual or regulatory reasons.

8. Children's Privacy

By browsing or purchasing from webteddylive, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

These terms are written in plain English because good service — and good law — should be readable. If any clause is unclear, please write to us and we will clarify it.

1. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display the colors, plush textures, and sizing accurately. Slight visual variations may occur due to screen settings and hand-stitching techniques.

Small differences in fur direction, embroidery density, or thread colour are considered characteristics of handcrafted quality, not defects. If you receive a bear that you feel does not match its description, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

2. Customized Orders

Custom embroidered products are created based on user input. Please ensure spelling accuracy prior to submitting custom orders, as custom embroidered products cannot be refunded once processed.

We will send a preview of the embroidery layout for your confirmation before we begin stitching. Once approved, the order moves into production and cannot be modified or cancelled.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed are in local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time without notice.

Payment is processed through secure, PCI-compliant providers. We never store credit card details on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within one to two business days. Custom orders require additional production time, which is communicated at checkout. Once an order has shipped, tracking information is provided by email.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the provided address.

5. Returns & Refunds

Non-customized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable, except in cases of production error or damage during shipping.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All editorial content, product photography, page layouts, and branding elements on this website are protected under international copyright. Non-commercial reference is permitted with attribution; commercial reproduction requires written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from this website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or use our platform for fraudulent orders or identity misrepresentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

webteddylive is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

9. Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where webteddylive is registered. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith correspondence before any formal proceedings are considered.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide nationwide pan-India delivery through premium courier partners. Every order is packed by hand in our studio, wrapped in tissue, and sealed with a small handwritten note before it leaves us.

1. Delivery Options & Charges

• Free Express Delivery on orders over ₹999.
• Standard Delivery Fee of ₹99 applies for orders below ₹999.
• Dispatch Timeline: Standard teddies ship within 24 hours; custom teddies ship within 48 hours.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed clearly before payment. We do not add any hidden fees at any stage of the process.

2. Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Custom embroidery orders require an additional production window of 24–48 hours. This is because every custom bear is stitched individually to order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

3. Delivery Timelines

Metro cities typically receive orders within 2–4 business days. Other cities and towns in India are usually delivered within 4–7 business days. Remote locations may take up to 10 business days.

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, courier disruptions, or local conditions are beyond our control, but we will always keep you informed if we become aware of an issue.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by SMS and email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it directly.

5. Packaging

All plush items are packed in a protective inner bag and placed inside a sturdy outer carton. Gift orders are wrapped in tissue paper with a hand-tied ribbon and include a small blank card for your personal message.

We use minimal, recyclable packaging wherever possible. Our boxes, tissue, and ribbon are all locally sourced and can be recycled or composted.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening and contact us within 48 hours. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply in such cases.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your plush companion! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for uncustomized items.

Note: Personalized embroidered items cannot be returned unless manufacturing defects exist.

1. Return Window

You may return any uncustomized product within 30 days of confirmed delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns requested after the 30-day window may be accepted at our discretion, but we cannot guarantee eligibility. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to initiate a return.

2. How to Start a Return

Email returns@webteddylive.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within two business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please do not ship returns without first contacting us — unattended parcels cannot be processed and may be refused at our studio.

3. Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

For UPI and card payments, the amount may take an additional 2–3 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless a prepaid label was provided.

5. Custom Embroidered Items

Because custom-embroidered teddies are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. This includes items with personalised names, dates, or messages.

However, if a custom item arrives with a manufacturing defect — a stitching error, wrong embroidery text, or a damaged component — we will remake or refund the item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery in such cases.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please place a new order and initiate a return for the original. This ensures faster processing and avoids stock delays.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened products that have been used cannot be resold and are therefore not eligible for a full refund unless they caused an adverse reaction. Gift cards and digital products are also non-returnable.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please photograph the package and its contents, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — you will not be asked to pay return shipping.
